By accessing the B8Scale Systems website, downloading our software, or commissioning a custom software build, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between B8Scale Systems (operated by Thumula Rajakaruna) and the purchasing client.

B8Scale provides custom software engineering tailored to your operational workflow. Delivery timelines range from 5 to 15 business days depending on system specifications. Development commences after initial operational requirements are agreed upon and the 40% deposit or order confirmation is received. The remaining balance is due on delivery.

We stand behind our customization 100%. After delivering your custom system, our engineering team works closely with you to onboard your team, configure hardware via AnyDesk, and test daily workflows.

As your team begins using a custom-tailored system, uncovering small operational adjustments or workflow tweaks is a normal part of the process. We provide all workflow adjustments and bug fixes 100% free of charge (excluding new feature additions). If, even after working together to adjust the software, you genuinely feel the software does not suit your business requirements, we will issue a 100% full refund of your payment and respectfully deactivate the application license.

Unless explicitly specified under a custom source-code ownership clause, B8Scale grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to run the software on your designated local hardware or store counters.

• You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the software to third parties.
• Community Edition licenses are free for single-device local use.
• Paid custom builds include workflow modifications tailored exclusively to your business.

Paid custom packages include priority support via WhatsApp, direct phone, and AnyDesk remote assistance. The free Community Edition includes built-in guides and tutorials.

B8Scale provides management and operational tools to streamline your business. While our systems are built to prevent cash leakage and inventory errors, business performance and revenues depend on client execution, pricing strategy, and external market conditions. B8Scale is not liable for indirect or consequential commercial damages.
